Good burgers not enough seating but you can walk across the street to the bar with your food.

Don't go without calling ahead if you're in a hurry but the burger is definitely worth the wait

Best burger in the entire Southeast region of Alaska!! Massive, juicy, perfectly cooked burgers, sides are always just right! Staff is energetic and super friendly. Establishment is teeny tiny, but they make up for it with exceptional quality, and attention to detail!!!

I love this place! Every time I'm in Ketchikan, I have to eat here. The burgers are simple but delicious, no frills are needed. The building is small and it can get crowded but that's what carry-out is for. All the people here are awesome. I highly recommend everyone give this burger joint a shot.

Awesome burgers and friendly people

Service is not the speediest, but everything is cooked to order and well worth the wait. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

A cruise ship crew recommended this restaurant to me. He told me most of their staff come here when ship docks. so I decided to give it a try and I was glad I did. My friends told me the burger was delicious. I really loved my fish and chips. It was cooked just right and the batter was crispy. The fries were golden and crispy. It took a bit of time before we got our orders, but it was worth the wait. It's a small little restaurant with just a few tables and a few seats outside. Very decent prices. I really enjoyed this restaurant!

Burger Queen has a large variety of milkshakes, and the best cheese burgers on the island.

Best burgers in town! Whenever we visit Ketchikan we always stop at the burger queen for the juicy beef burgers and crunchy fries and onion rings. Not much seating so plan on being patient as there can be a wait depending on time of day. The wait is worth it for the yummy hot food and cold drinks.

Just saw it and thought I would try it and boy what a treat. This place has some really good burgers I had the chicken strip sandwich and was not disapointed. Is a must if you are in ktn and will be a place ill be coming back to.

Food can be a bit slow here but nobody cares and there's a really good reason, the burgers are broiled over actual charcoal and they taste AWESOME! Definitely worth any wait. Arguably the best burger on the island. There are many tasty things on the menu, something for everybody pretty much, but I never got past the burger. The fries are a very worthy addition to the basket and they rule in their own rite. You won't be sorry.

I was really looking forward to a nice chicken sandwich. But by 2pm they had none and their prices were higher than any numbers I found online. Not sure about the food but the customer service didn't wow me.

I order from here 3 to 4 times a week. One of my favorite places!Food is great delivery takes a bit but totally worth it.

Great burgers and fries! Haven't been in Ketchikan for 3 yrs and the food still tastes the same, DELICIOUS! We had Seattle Burgers and a kid's cheeseburger (pretty big). The onion rings were tasty crunchy. Right across from the Arctic Bar where you can order from and have your food delivered. Beer & burgers, oh yeah!

Fabulous burger!! Amazing customer service. Took our order before they were even open for the day, gave us a time when it would be ready. Walked around downtown a bit, when we walked back in, burgers were brought to the table immediately!!#

Fantastic cheeseburger!! The fries were crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly. The prices were better than other nearby restaurants.

Homemade burgers were delicious and the chicken tenders were great for my child. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I love this place! The best milkshakes Ketchikan has to offer, yummy thick fries and tons of typical burger joint options. Old school vibe little shack with a cool history & super close to downtown. The only reason I'd consistently give 4 stars is the amount of wait time for fries & a burger. Usually takes 20-30 minutes to recieve food. Guess you gotta wait if you want to eat your small town ma & pa goodies! Worth it:)

Good burger and fries. Onion rings were okay. We ordered delivery on a Wednesday at 5:05 in July 2020. Said would be 30-40 minutes. Didn't arrive until 6:15, an hour and ten minutes later. We had just about given up. Food was slightly cold so assume he did several at the same time. But still really enjoyed the burgers.

It took 1.5 hrs to get our 3 burgers delivered 1 mile away. Upon calling to see what the delay is, (after initially being told 45 minutes) they said that more order was forgotten . Finally received the burgers and while not the worst I've ever had, they definitely aren't in my top 20.

Fantastic burgers and fries. We saw the reviews and started planning to be here a couple of months ago. Our van driver (Jess) confirmed the food was every bit as good the reviews. Nice to hear that from a local, not just tourists who've been denied a good burger for days. Was not disappointed. DO NOT try to get a burger just before you have to be aboard your ship. Give them time to make it, and yourself time to savor it.

I'm a local. I love their burgers and milk shakes! I would say the best burgers in town so far. Doesnt have a lot of seating indoor seating. Great for pick up!

Best place to get a burger inside city limits; even in the summer when the tourists are in town and there is an hour wait time! IT IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE BITE! My personal favorite is the Seattle burger but you can not go wrong here as everything on the menu is delicious.

Walk a little way away from the dock area for the cruise ships,and,found this little gem! Best burgers we have had on this trip to Alaska!

Best burger in the world and I've been around the world...Especially the sriracha bacon burger!

In 2005 I was a "Work and Travel Program" participant in Ketchikan and lived there for 3 months. Now I live somewhere around Europe but sometimes, still find myself reminiscing about those burgers.I really hope sometime I'll find the energy and the funds to travel literally half way around the world and get another bite from your heavenly burgers. Because they are well worth it.

Wonderful little place to eat fresh halibut. Great food. Will definitely visit again.

I tried the halibut fish and chip with onion rings substitute. Place cook when you order so it will take longer, but worth the wait. Halibut was perfect and tasted firm and fresh. Onion rings were OK. Good but not amazing like the halibut. I enjoyed the halibut so much, I ordered another portion before leaving.

Didn't visit here. But saw folks going in and out. Beer ads in window. Looked like maybe some outside seating. Burgers and fries, safe to say they're good with or without beer.
